[BH] Removed Mental Muscles skill perk Still Affecting Sim

Preface: I have the RPO mod by Lumpinou downloaded, and I don't know how to remove it.

So, one of my Sims randomly acquired the skill perk that links muscle mass to mental skills (I can't remember the name for it), and I didn't really want to incorporate that into the gameplay I was trying to focus on, so I used satisfaction points to get the potion to remove skill perks and got rid of it. It doesn't show up in his list of skill perks (it just shows the In The Zone perk), but he still gets the effects of the perk I removed, getting scrawnier with every in-game day I forget to make him play chess of practice programming or something, and I'm getting frustrated!

Is this happening with anyone else (either similar or exact), and if so, does anyone have any quick-fix ideas, or am I just going to have to wait for another patch?

    Hi please try the following

    • Re-add the skill perk to your Sim (cheats or mods)
    • Move your mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache file
    • Create a backup of your saves folder to a save place outside the current Sims folder
    • Start the game and start your save.
    • Remove the skill perk again with the same method
    • Check if the issue persists.

    This is to test on a vanilla game as all bugs reported must be tested without any mods installed to make sure it's not caused by a mod.

    I removed my mods, and it still was in effect. Eventually, I just re-added the skill perk with the "equip traits" cheat and had him drink the removal potion again, and it seems to have taken. My mods are redownloaded, so fingers crossed I don't have to go through that AGAIN.

    I'm going to move this to gameplay for now as it's unclear if the cause was a game bug or a mod.

    If you can duplicate it happen on a vanilla game, please come back and post again.
