Blast from the past: Issues after game was not saved/game crashed

I accidentally exit the game without saving my progress. However, I have restarted the game and all 'blast from the past' event items are claimed, but I do not have them in my Sim's inventory nor doe...

I have the same problem. My game crashed so I couldn't save my game. I don't have any items etc. and it shows that everything is claimed and now on week 3 I'm not able to continue. I tried to uninstall the game and install it back and also tried to create a new world but nothing. I saw on some EA info that the event is connected to your EA account. I have no idea how to reset the progress. I don't have any mods/cc on my game
