bottom bar disappearing after taking photo / game crashing after entering build

okay so ive been having this problem for the past 2 weeks, everytime im playing and have my sims take a photo, once exiting the camera, the bottom bar with my sims and stuff, disappears. the game sti...

@piperannek Are you using any mods/cc ? What platform are you playing on ?

hi! ive taken out all of my cc/mods and it still doesnt work. im playing on a mac.

    @piperannek Could you post a picture ?

    Did you also delete the documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\localthumbcache.package ?
