Bridgerton items not showing up in game.
Hi. I logged in to the event, claimed the items and got an error message, can't remember the exact wording but it was to the effect of "request can't be completed at this time". Now it's showing that...

I claimed all the rewards available up to today, and the first three rewards are nowhere in my game. All the other rewards I have such as the clock and the fountain can be found and obtained but, even searching manually through build mode, I cannot find the new board or invitation, and the mask isn't in CAS either.
The rewards are marked as claimed as well, they just aren't showing up ingame.
Hellogloryb1 If you haven’t already done this, try finding them by using the “event rewards” filter, and see if they appear then.
I did try that filter and it doesn’t show up either, I have also scrolled through build mode to see if they were there and it was just tagged off but no luck either.
