Bridgerton items not showing up in game.

Hi. I logged in to the event, claimed the items and got an error message, can't remember the exact wording but it was to the effect of "request can't be completed at this time". Now it's showing that the items have been claimed but they're nowhere in my game. I've searched by name, by event rewards, and by just visually searching for them. I've tried repairing the game, removing cache files, and even resetting accountDataDB.package, none of it worked. Can you help me, please?

  • Update, I claimed the clock today and it shows up as normal but the first 3 items from day 1 still are not in my game. Please help me fix this.

    Hey OmaSimster​,

    Sorry to hear you're not able to locate those day 1 items, but glad to hear the clock seems to have shown up correctly for you.

    These particular items don't appear to be showing up at the moment when using the search/filters unfortunately, but manually checking through Build Mode should still get them to show up from what we're seeing currently. I do see you mentioned visually searching earlier, are you by chance able to manually take another look for those items now that the clock has been claimed?

    I was able to claim the fountain today, with no problems. I did another visual search (as well as another search by name and another sort by event rewards). The Enchanted Intrigue Mask, Mementos Pinboard, and Lady Bridgerton's Masquerade Ball Invitation are definitely not in my game. The mask is definitely not in CAS and the other two should show up in Decorations > Misc, yes? They're not there. Thank you so much for replying. I hope we can figure this out. If it helps, I'm on a Windows 11 PC.
