Bring these hidden lot traits to the game!

From what I learned on sims.fandom.com, with City living there were two additional lot traits only applicable to apartments, the Cheap and Pricey lot traits! They're not used in the game though.

Since this game is too easy (unmodded) and sims just drown in money at some point of their career because the living costs (especially an issue with apartments!) aren't growing accordingly and there isn't much to spend on, these traits added as lot challenges would help with the issue greatly! Or even just normal apartment traits, I'd happily take that too.

Please take into consideration bringing these traits back to the game for a more challenging and interesting player experience!

    @siirysiir Hi!  I like that idea.  I've also wondered if it would be possible for rent / taxes to increase a bit over time, as they do in real life.  Although, that might be asking for trouble, with a potential for creating a new bug to add to the very long list. lol   Anyway, thanks for sharing!

    @JonaO703 well anything new seems to be bringing in more bugs at this point haha.. still more important imo would be to make this game more interesting and challenging gameplay-wise even at the risk of creating more bugs. That's a good idea too with the rent/taxes increasing over time! It's one of the main reasons why gameplay becomes boring for any household because they are earning more money after moving up on their careers and there's no need to budget anything and everything is just so easy breezy that the lack of challenge and struggle kills my motivation to play. Just something to add some challenge please!
