Broken hair

The basegame hairs work fine but all the hairstyles from packs are broken. There are black areas like a chess board on the sims face and body and a question mark on their forehead. Some of the hair colours have the same design but in red and white. (I don’t have any mods or CC installed and restarting the game and my laptop doesn’t help)
