Broken Juice Fizzing Machine (Still)

I just wanted to report that the Juice fizzing machine still breaks when we leave the lot mid-fizz. The status is "ready to collect" but I am unable to collect. I have to delete the machine & buy a new one. 

I scoured the threads & only saw threads that were closed down as "solved", but this is not solved.
