broken lot in Newcrest??

The problem that I'm having most specifically is lots. Not necessarily any builds. As I said it doesn't matter what build I use whether from my personal library or gallery the problem is lots. There are some faulty builds but I typically stay away from them and simmers let each other know in the comments if that build will crash the game or cause lag. I could use base game builds with minimum clutter and still have this problem. I even bulldozed a build and left the lot empty and it still continued to load when I tried to return to manage worlds. I'm sure the problem isn't builds it's the lots.  

I have this issue too. Although it’s on asphalt abode.

2 of my save files won’t even load the newcrest screen & I started a brand new save which allowed me to build on the lot but now I can no longer access it— I get an endless loading screen.

I’m on PC and have no mods or cc

I'm having this issue as when trying to add builds in Newcrest for my latest game save.  The game crashed when trying to enter the Lookout Cookout lot and did it as well when trying with the Sandy Run lot. I don't use any CC in my game.  Have been playing in Sims 3 until Newcrest is usable again.  The newest patch did not fix this.
