Broken Romance Panel

I have issues with romance interactions in my save file. My sims are engaged but I only have the option to engage in the "offer massage" interaction. I'm not able to see the flirt, affection, or any ...

could you check in the profile of the other Sim if they have a sibling relationship bit ?

    I just did that and apparently it was altered for them to be half siblings but also engaged? I have no clue how to fix this because CAS doesn't allow me to delete their relationship
