Browser Gallery won't log in.

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.77.1220 Mac
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Island Living, Get to Work, Get Famous, Get Together, etc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to log into the browser version of the gallery, and it fails to log me in every time.
What happens when the bug occurs? It fails to log me in. I can't do anything with the browser gallery including link to my own builds because it refuses to sign me in.
What do you expect to see? My profile, which other users I follow, etc- usual browser gallery stuff.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    I'm still having the same problem a week later. 

    I'm on Safari browser if that's any help. 

    At least I can still get on in game as long as my internet is on.

    @rh2006fan Every time you start the game does it bring you to the screen that shows what packs you have? I'm an Xbox player but sometimes when I stop playing and save before shutting my Xbox off to go to bed for the night and start it back up the next day my game is right back where I left it when I select the game from the Xbox home menu.

    And sometimes when that happens and I try to use the Gallery, it says there's no connection and I choose Try Again but it again says there's no connection so I have to fully exit the game and start it up again so I can look stuff up in the Gallery. ☺️

    @rh2006fan Oh okay. ☺️ I can't help you since I only have the Xbox version (and don't have a PC), sorry! But hopefully someone can help you with that. ☺️

    @rh2006fan I can log in (I think) in the browser, but honestly it's not worth it... It isn't the same thing as the gallery on the Sims4 in game. You can add items to your library, but you can't really look at much. For example, I can't see the things I have uploaded, or the analytics on my uploads. Just whats trending, and some of what (the people I follow) have uploaded.
