Bucket list goals and milestones not completing

Ever since I installed the life and death pack the game started bugging. I tried playing with basic mods (MCCommand + UI Cheats) and decided to remove them to see whether they were causing it. Of course not.

My sims are unable to complete their bucket lists and infants do not reach their milestones no matter how many time I teach them to do things.
