Bucket List Goals for Unowned Packs

In Life & Death sims often receive impossible goals that rely on content from packs unowned by the player. For example, hosting a gold costume party when Spooky stuff isn't installed or WooHooing in a bush (pictured), which requires the party bushes in Get Together, Jungle Adventure, Snowy Escape or Horse Ranch.

This is particularly problematic as individual goals cannot be abandoned so requires scrapping of the whole list to get rid of it
