My sim has discovered a bucket list goal that is not achievable.
It says to get to level 10 of research and debate skill but I don't have the University pack.

I was unable to upload save file showing issue as game froze and had to revert to previous save.
- What platform are you playing on ?
- Did you get the goal before or after removing your mods/cc ?

Also experiencing this issue, on PC with no mods/CC ever being installled.
