Clothes return to default and marriages disappear

Lately I've noticed that whenever I change my sims clothes, in the gameplay, it always goes back to the default clothes. The clothes that I put on my sim stay for a while but when I travel or change lots, it always goes back to the default clothing. Not only that but also, during the gameplay, I constantly keep having to re-marry my sims because the game just eliminates the marriage and it goes back to the normal dating relationship. I don't know if it's just me but my game didn't do this before and now it started having these bugs or issues a couple days ago. Never had any problem with the game nor did I ever had any issues with the gameplay. I don't know how to fix it but PLEASE do something about it.
