Lights not working
While in build mode, I was creating a house and all of a sudden some of the lights in the house stopped working. I've replaced the lights, changed them to different lights, and even got rid of the windows, but the lights just wont work, neither do they work in live mode. I closed and reopened the app, restarted my computer, but neither worked. Has anyone else had this problem?Sims Unable to Complete Tasks
Since the latest update, my sims have not been completing tasks I assign them. Time goes by normally, but they just stand there. At first I thought it was a weird interaction with pets only, because my sim couldn't perform tasks with her pet dog involved. But then it happened when I had her try to do other things like interact with the easel. I also cannot drag items to trash or sink, as others have stated. Hope it's all remedied soon!
Adult sims wont interact with infants and toddlers.
I have a married couple who have two children. One infant and one toddler. I try to get the parents to do things like read to children, tummy time, just normal interactions and they wont do them, they just stand there doing nothing at all. Sometimes after they have held or picked up the children the adults won't tend to their own needs even if asked like to go get leftovers they just stand there. I do not use Mods or CC.Error code 13 and other mysteries...
Hi all, So I have installed the fairies (bought and paid for). During installation it said that I didn't own the digital content and did I want to continue to download or pause (why would it try to download something I didn't own?) So not knowing what it was talking about, I paused and didn't give it another thought. I went back to my game. In the twelve hours since, it will not save (error code 13 - any ideas, folks?) I am currently running a repair for the second time since I installed the new extension pack. I've tried taking some old items out of my library. The mysterious paused download has disappeared. I have no CC or mods, I use the occasional cheat code and they have never caused a problem before. Any ideas, folks?Off the grid not working properly
I've been having this issue for about two months now. Even if I restarted the game or the PC, the lot constantly sends me notifications that either the household has run out of water/electricity or is generating a surplus. When I mean its constantly i mean it, I even have to scroll down to see things my sims are actually doing cause it won't stop popping up. I really like the idea of being off the grid but its so glitchy sometimes I can't even use power or water in households.
Sims standing still & Horses walking through.....
Since the update, on my ranch I lock doors and gates and the horses are walking thru and straight thru fences and walls. Then they get stuck on the outskirts/perimeter of property and Sims when given commands (ignore commands for bathroom or sleep) just stand there and stare into oblivion for a loooooong time.
Updates caused so many glitches
Ever since the recent update my game has been glitching nonstop. I have a brand-new PC that I play on, and it is strictly for games (Sims 4). My game has been glitching from the screen turning white, sims turning black, and now my sim won't leave the house to go to work or class for university. I did everything, but she is just stuck in the house. I have repaired the game several times. For the amount of money I have spent on sims this is ridiculous. I'm afraid what is going to happen when enchanted downloads into my game on the 10th. Does anyone know if they are working on fixing these things before the drop?
