Bug that I DESPERATELY need help with:

So, Ive been playing Sims as one does and recently Sims has decided to glitch where my child Sim and my teen sim have traits/moodlets from when they were toddlers and infants. My child sim had the charmer trait as a toddler so she gets the moodlet, "Where is everybody" which makes her sad, even though she is constantly socializing. It doesn't go away and she even has the cheerful trait, which I thought would counteract it, but no. My teen sim had the wiggly trait as an infant, which now means that she randomly gets the wiggly moodlet. Now, that by itself isn't bad, but the fact that she gets so playful to the point where she is hysterical and almost dies of laughter and the moodlet is literally BLINKING, is. On top of all this, my teen also has the ring curse from the Royal legacy event thing, and so she's also constantly uncomfortable, even though I already finished the event/quests so it should have gone away. Now, I am increasingly frustrated because this is a save that I have spent many, MANY hours on and I've also spent a ton of money on the Sims 4 as it is, and I can't even enjoy what I paid for. I need help and I need this problem fixed, as soon as humanly possible. I don't want to be told that theres nothing that can be done, I want this issue fixed. Point blank. Thank you.
