Build Mode Bug - Three Dots 2024

Ever since the 5/28 update, I have not been able to see objects in build mode unless using premade rooms. When you go to show only certain items, it shows up as three dots. You cannot open the menu itself, and you cannot remove the three dots. I have attached a photo of my game and in the bottom right of the image, you see what I am very poorly describing here. I also know that I am not the only one with this issue and that it has been solved, but I do not have any of the mods that are affecting this glitch. I have removed them all and the glitch is still there. If anyone knows what is going on, please enlighten me.

    Hi @GWWC1 

    • Close the game
    • Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    • Repair the game
    • Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. Be aware that your claimed event rewards will also be gone for the time being but you will get them back with your other things.
    • Start a new save game
    • Check if you still have the error
    • Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

    I did that and it did not change my game whatsoever. I also have an issue with the game options tab. When I go to open it I cannot close it after.

    Yes, my game is still the same as it was before.

    @GWWC1 Do you get any LastExceptions or lastUI exceptions, especially when clicking anything in build mode ?

    Delete all the ones you have and see what happens if you load build mode/click somewhere.
