Burnout often
My sims have been frequently getting burnout over the littlest things or just going to work for just 1 day

@pladj1cvucnb What traits does your Sim have ? Is it the moodlets or do you get a message that they are burning out ?
I have been having this problem with my latest save.
My sim does some planting and gardening, and is in the undertaker career. I have him working normally (not working hard) and every single day he gets the 'Mental fog - starting to burnout' moodlet. I have him do creative things to get rid of the moodlet and have all his needs seen to by the next work day, but when he gets home from work, he is burned out again. This isn't just happening once a week, it's literally happening every single time I send him to work.
He has the traits: Loner, Chased by death, Macabre, Loyal, Collector
