Businesses and Hobbies: How to do bad tattoos on purpose?

I'd want to unlock all the bad tattoos in Businesses and Hobbies and the only way (?) to unlock them is to do a bad tattoo first on each body part. How do you get your sim to give a bad tattoo on purpose, so you would unlock them? I already tried giving a tattoo without any tattooing skill and in a bad mood and it still ended up being normal 🙃 I've once managed to give a bad one by accident. Is it just random or something else? 🤔 

And can you give those anymore after some certain tattooing level? I'd want one sim to unlock all of them and they are progressing the skill quickly, so I'm thinking do I need to cheat their tattooing skill to a low level again in order to get more of the bad ones. Anyone know how this works?
