Buying a new laptop?

I was thinking of buying this laptop my question is would I be able to play the sims 4 on it? Heres the info on the laptop.........

gameplay issue

    @Angel29can  This list is missing some critical information, namely the processor model.  But given the graphics chip, you may only be able to play Sims 4 on medium settings, unless you don't install all the demanding expansions.

    If you'd like recommendations for laptops that might handle the game better, please post your budget and country, as well as any other details that matter to you.
