[BY DESIGN] [DLK] Curtain Rod Is Tagged Wrong/Incorrectly After Kit Release

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.397
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, All Game Pack (except ST:JTB) All Stuff Packs (except LPSP, SSP) All Kits (except MMWK, FSK)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to curtains and see how it isnt tagged as a curtain anymore, previously it was tagged as a curtain and slotted to the right height.
What happens when the bug occurs? It isnt tagged as a curtain anymore
What do you expect to see? It tagged as a curtain as now its in the very cluttered wall decor and impossible to find whereas before it was in the curtain section right next to the rod
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Im not sure which patch but it was defo changed

@gooochyeee I wish I could "Me Too" this 100,000 times. This bug is very annoying. And if it isn't a bug but was a deliberate choice then it was not made by people who actually play the game. I've seen so many simmers on twitter complaining they can't find the curtain rod anymore.

I didn't even realise it was a bug until I saw this... it's been like this in my game for absolutely ages, and I have been having lots of issues with the curtain rod not snapping to the correct places recently too.

The emergency fix for the face bug fixed the tag so its in curtains but it shows up right at the bottom of the awnings and doesnt slot like a curtain @EA_Cade so should this thread be marked as fixed or should it keep going because its showing up right at the end incorrectly and not being sorted in the awning area by price. I dont mind either way, but I think your the best person to ask about it

@gooochyeee I didn't even realize this was a bug. I thought I was going insane but it does make sense that it used to be in the curtain sort. Moving it to the wall deco sort also means now my Sims see it an interactable art object and go and stare at it which is super annoying.

@EA_Cade Hi sir. I just wanted to start off and say thank you so much for the quick response. I was wondering for the next bug report. Is it by design it isnt snapping like a curtain or is the bug its at the end of the awning section as if it ISNT snaping by design then it is correct for it to be infront of the awnings but if its snaping wrong then it belongs next to the desert luxe curtains or right at the front (side note if the snapping is wrong then the bug is still a tagging issue (just deeper in the coding for the asset)
