Missing multiple texts/ Sims names

Hello, I need help as my Sims after new patch with the new staircases and family trees broke and is missing multiple quite for me important stuff as seeing my sims names in game. as i show on screens these are only the bugs i just happened to catch now and i dont know how to fix these as i tried removing my CC/mods folder from game and it still occurs. I even tried clearing cachers folder and creating clean save game and still occurs... for whatever reason my game doesnt allow me to do the "repair files" thingy so i kinda am desperate
