What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Expansion Packs, Game Packs and Stuff Packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a club and select "Fabricate Objects" as a club rule. Also"Tend Garden" and garden on a verticle planter.
What happens when the bug occurs? Making candles and fabricating objects don't give club bucks with the fabricate objects club rule. Gardening on the verticle garden doesn't give club buck with the tend garden club rule. Romantic interactions in a Free Love neighborhood gives zero club bucks with the Be Romantic club rule.
