Thanks and how strange. Maybe it's your GPU. We need someone to test with the exact same one.

@Bluebellflora My issue could be happening only on AMD GPUs, I tested on my laptop with an AMD GPU on max settings and the glass from most windows turns white or gray just like on my desktop PC.

Here's a screenshot of my laptop:

I asked a friend who got a laptop with an Nvidia GPU and it the issue is not happening on her laptop

    I have AMD GPUs on both machines I tested on but they are Macs so completely different setup.

      @Bluebellflora Oh ok, my desktop PC and laptop both got Windows 10, I don't have a Mac. I will ask more people if the issue happens to them later, hopefully we will find the cause of the problem.
