    Hey all, 

    The Sims 4 tutorial was intentionally removed, and players can expect new and exciting introductions to our game that we’re working through now.

@jpkarlsen I actually tried that before posting. I'm pretty sure that's not it. I need the big tutorials with like the voiceover and Alex.

So it is the starting tutorial you want. Unfortunately it looks like this has been disabled. probably due to the issues there was with it (in certain conditions you got stuck and could not complete the tutorial). If it will return I can not say.

    I can't get the tutorial house with Alex... I tried the Game options menu but I don't see it... was this gone away with??

    here is what I see when clicking the menu...

      @1Teiaki  The tutorial is currently not working, and I've merged your post with the bug thread on the subject.  Feel free to click Me Too on the first post, and you can keep an eye on this thread for updates.
