Calendar is Broken
The calendar in my game has compressed all of the holidays into one week so that they are happening back to back. The image is a screenshot from my game.

I wouid suggest that you change the length of your seasons to 14 or 28 days. See if that spreads the holidays back out and puts them in the correct seasons. Then change the seasons back to 7 days, if that's what you want, and see if that fixes the holiday timing.
Of course, you should first remove any mods you might be using, especially mods that affect the calendar. Harvestfest and Winterfest look okay, but New Year's Eve should be the last day of Winter, not Fall, and Love Day should be in the Spring, not the Winter. I don't think the game has any way to change which season those four holidays are assigned to, which is why I think there must be a mod involved.
