@queenxosa Do you have room in your household? You can't try for a baby or add a ghost if you are at 8 Sims or pets in a household.
If that isn't the case, did you try powering down your console completely waiting a minute and then powering it back on?
You can also, if the above is not the case or did not fix it, temporarily move the family to another lot and try to ask the ghost again.
Yes I have enough room to add then in household. I have tried to add them through another household and that didn’t work. & I ha e tried doing this multiple times on different days as well & I simply can’t add them
