Can’t click on sim for options and other glitches

So I was playing last night and everything was working fine. Come on to play this afternoon and my save wasn’t working properly. My sim couldn’t walk through the front door (there was no obstructions...

Try repairing the game and see if that helps.
If you still have issues after doing that and if you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
