Can’t do a keg stand

I purchased Discover University a few days ago, and haven’t been able to do a keg stand. I have tried placing a keg on multiple lots, but I only get the option to fill cups or spike it. I have taken ...

    @AL40491 You also have to make sure you tap the keg first (sometimes your sim will fail so try again), then the options should come up to fill the cups and, if you have another sim, do a keg stand.

    Every time I tried there were friends around. I will try to tap the juice first then try again.
