can’t do anything in sims 4 after patch update June 2020

@Taryn123456  A new patch was just released an hour ago, and it's fixed some issues, although it's not clear whether yours are affected.  Please run the patch, and then clear Origin's cache and repair, for good measure.

Test in a new Sims 4 folder, and let me know whether the problems are still present.
