Can’t save, game freezes, impossible to play
Game freezes randomly, can’t switch between household members, they do play on their own, but I can’t click on anything, I can’t give them tasks, try to save, the game just freezes and won’t save!

@ShadyMnfared Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
Does it still crash or what issues are you still seeing after all the troubleshooting you did ?

it's still crashes, it doesn't crash with another household in that same save, it's literally only that same household and that same lot.
- @ShadyMnfared Do you just have a graphics chip or also a graphics card ? Seems there's only the basic drivers installed and it doesn't show if you have a card as well.
If you have a card, try reinstalling your graphics drivers. Yes, I have a graphic card,
I already clean installed the drivers.
- @ShadyMnfared Since posting your DxDiag ? These show some generic MS drivers.
What kind of card do you have ?
If you did after posting, could you repost the DxDiag ? I did it before, but for some reason it was not picked up, I've attached the new DxDiag,
I'll test it again, I'll let you know!
- @ShadyMnfared Let me know if updating the drivers did anything. If not, you might need to do a clean install of your drivers (i'll walk you through that, just let me know if it helped at all)

- @ShadyMnfared Is it still only this one house ? I think at this point I'm going with: Just don't use it. It's really odd that you have issues with it and I don't but if you otherwise don't have any issues, I'd play on and see how it goes.
