Can’t upload to the gallery

I have this issue where I can’t save my builds to my library on the galley or uploads them to the gallery. I can upload builds that I have previously built and saved but I can’t save any new ones. I ...

After removing mods folder to desktop delete localthumbcache.package file from game folder. Fix your game in Origin. Origin/Library right click TS4 option "repair game"
This issue caused outdated UIC mod or another script mod. No script mods and part of CC are working after "terrain" patch becouse game now is working with another Python script . Using this mods will be brake the game,
