Can´t start game!

I have also clicked on "repair" game on EA. 

What platform are you playing?  Could you post a screenshot of the error code? Do you use mods/cc?  If you do, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.

I play on PC. 

The errorcode is in Swedish, but when I googled it, I watched a video on how to fix it. It was like "top 5 solutions" but didn't work either. I'm sorry but I don't know how to post a picture here. 

It says errorcode 123:1034405:eeebf05

I don't use any mods. I recently also updated my game but it has worked until now. 

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have
- Trigger the error again
- Check if new ones are created
- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

I did as you wrote. There were some exception files and I deleted them. New ones were created when starting the game again and the problem exists. What can I do next? 

I also tried with playing with another family that was already in the game and there was no issue.

Is your Sim in any active career ? Can you load another household ?

Yes they are both in careers from get to work. They're only two people in the household. Yes I can play other households. 

No, reinstalling won't help as it's an issue with the save

Try loading another household and invite the Sim in the active careers over.
