Can’t download 64x64 lot from gallery

I can’t place my own 64x64 building from the gallery on a lot. It’s just frozen on the “loading screen” and Alt+F4 doesn’t even work…

help please

I own all expansions, every game pack except the jewellery one, realm of magic and journey to batuu. Every stuff pack and a lot of the kits.

I am sorry that you are having this issue. You may have to bring up task manager ( ctrl +shift +esc) and close the sims 4 application that way.
Then reload the game, and try downloading it onto the lot again. If you still have issues, try downloading it onto a different 64 x 64 lot and see if the issues remain.
