can’t use Invention Constructor

my Sim can’t use Invention Constructor why ?

@Ghadban90 You need to drag out the completed item that's in the constructor rn then you should be able to create more things.

Only Having Female Babies
My sims keep getting pregnant with female babies. I have to cheat in order to get a boy. Is anyone else experiencing this? In my last 9 pregnancies with multiple sims I’ve had girls for each one.

Sims unavailable for travel
Vacation greyed out, all sims everywhere, on one game. Other games still work fine. Travel works in all but vacation, says no rentals are available, no sims on vacation at the moment.
