can a sd card hold my mods to use
i had ran out of space on my computer for custom content and mods. could i use a sd card to put mods on that i can still use.

You can technically offload the entire Sims 4 user data folder to an external device, although I wouldn't go with an SD card. (They're usually slow, they're often too small, yours might have to be formatted before you can use it for Sims 4.) An external hard drive or USB stick would be better. Here's how to move the Sims 4 folder:
Please make a backup of this folder, or at least your essential files within this folder, before you try this. It's unlikely, but still possible, that you could delete the folder during the process.
