Can I check which activation code I used for Sims 4?

I have two sims 4 for PC games at home. 1 of them has been activated but I have not activated the other one. 

Is there a way to see which activation code/serial code I used to activate my game? I am planning on giving the other one to someone.

Would call EA but current wait time on phone is 50 mins 😦
