Hello, asking this in case any of my saves will go corrupt in the future.
So let's say my save file goes corrupt for some reason and I have never done a save as (I never do them I always just save and exit my game), could I fix it just by deleting it from my game and restoring a previous backup of that save?

Not sure what you mean by a 'corrupt game'.. as to other saved games, yes.. the Sims 4 has previous auto saves. The following shows you some links that will step you through the process.
Prior saved Games >> there's a good guide at Carls Sims 4 Guide also, you can go back to an earlier save, if you need to know how go to Carls Sims 4 Guide for directions on doing that and salvage from an earlier time.
