I had bought the Laundry Day stuff pack around 9:30 AM and tested it to see if I liked it and I didn't. But my game crashed around 11:30 to which I haven't got on after it crashed, but since I don't like the pack I want a refund. But i tried to fill out the form and it said that I do not have any games to refund and so does this mean I have to wait till 24 hours go by or am I just stuck with this pack?
@shadyshadyyyy Sims 4 DLC is not eligible for automatic refunds, which is why you're not seeing the option. An EA customer support rep will sometimes grant a manual refund, but that's typically in the case of double or mistaken purchases or when someone's computer can't use the DLC in question. Not liking the content doesn't qualify as sufficient reason for support to issue a refund.
There's no harm in asking, of course. The most that can happen is you'll waste some of your time.
