Can no longer travel with camera

    I did change the camera mode when it happened and it did not resolve the situation. I also pressed the reset game options on the game options tab and it didn't change anything, but I have not encountered this problem again so far so I think it might just be my bad laptop changing stuff. Thanks for your help (:

Hi @XaniMac,

Assuming you are playing on PC, is it possible you changed the camera mode from The Sims 3 to The Sims 4? You can try to change it again and see if that's the cause - you can find the option in the top right corner of the screen, under camera options.

If that doesn't help, I would recommend resetting the game options to default:

1.- Close the game
2.- Go to Documents \ Electronic Arts \ The Sims 4 folder and move the 'Options' file to your Desktop. This is a backup of your current settings.
3.- Open the game again.
4.- You can modify the settings again now.

If you are happy with the new settings, you can delete the Options file we moved to your Desktop.
