@JackieOlver, do you play with any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔 If you do then you will have to temporarily remove it and then try your game to see if that was the problem. 😉
If that isn't the problem, then there are a couple more things you can try:
*You try this cheat ==>
Bring up the Cheat Box by pressing "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"C" and then in the box type "resetsim FirstName LastName" (without the quotes) and then press "Enter" .
So for example, if your Sim you are trying to fix is Bella Goth, then you would type in the Cheat Box "resetsim Bella Goth" and press "Enter" and she should be unstuck. 😉
*You can try to repair your game through Origin
*You can try killing the Sim
*You can bulldoze the lot and rebuild
These are the simplest solutions, but if these don't work there are some other things you can try -- I would just try the above suggestions first! 😇
