Can we block someone account in the sims 4 gallery?

Greetings. I want to block someone's EA account in the sims 4 since she/he keeps interrupting me! I reported his/her comment once but she's still commenting on my gallery and I seriously don't know why she/he does that.

    Hi there @lilgreenfruit,

    Have you added this person to your blocked list in Origin/the EA app as well as reporting those comments? 

    Blocking them in Origin or the EA app should prevent them from being able to comment further on your Gallery.

    I found it! omg thank you! Finally ! (TOT) That person is still coming at me til' this day and it makes me uncomfortable a LOT ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !
