Can you get sims 4 free

I was wondering if there would be another moment where sims is free for a while, I saw this online and really wanted it, but I am a kid and cannot afford to buy sims and my parents don't like putting in their credit card details in online games. I really hope there will be another moment for this!

  • I hope so too! Definitely keep an eye out on the social media.
Maybe your parents would feel safer buying you a code in a box instead, which are often sold at electronics stores and online stores.
Just make sure you're buying it new and not second hand (the code only work once).

Maybe this is also interesting for your parents to read:

  • There are occasional promotions and there are sometimes competitions on social media

  • @Eggs019  It would be nice if Sims 4 were free again, but there's no indication that's happening any time soon.  If your parents are willing to pay for the game though, just not online, they could buy it at a store.  Or they could buy you an EA cash card and put it on your account.

For example, I know that Best Buy sells Sims 4 digital download codes in person at the store, and they also have EA cash cards worth $20 or $50, which give you a code that you register and then use to pay for Origin items, no credit card necessary.  (I've done this a few times.)  Your parents could even pay in cash at the store.  Be sure to factor in the sales tax though.  Aside from Best Buy, I think Target and Walmart sell the same cards, and maybe others as well.

By the way, Sims 4 is often on sale for $5 U.S., or the Digital Deluxe for $6.50, so you could get that and a stuff pack for less than $20.
