@simsgamer900 I have been encountering the same problem. It's already enough annoyance having loading screens after experiencing TS3 open world, as also we get stuck on them. Leaving sims home has never been so harder.
I hope they fix this soon. I removed all mods even, and nothing worked for a certain lot. It got stuck, i couldn't edit it, or entering in the save because of it . I deleted the save in annoyance, was impulsive but i was getting sick and tired of it.
I cleared cache, localthumbnailcache, restarted app, started a new save, and there you go, but not on that save, which is terrible, if you think about it, because we love to customize our worlds, and after so much work, it was all gone and stuck.
EA, if you see this, please, i beg, it's time to fix bugs, retail, loading screens smoother, etc. Thank you!
