Cannot upgrade to auto feeder

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except batuu and bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I try to upgrade the animal shed or chicken coop to the auto feeder
What happens when the bug occurs? The option is grayed out stating I am missing the needed upgrade parts even though my sim has more than enough in his inventory
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to upgrade the animal shed or coop to the auto feeder
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This happens even when I sell the animal shed or coop and buy a new one. It allows me to upgrade the animal shed and coop for everything else except the auto feeder.
