    @robotrynn I repaired my game through origin which allowed me to select my whole family on reload!

    Although also in accordance with the replies I got to this post and some other investigating work -- there does still seem to be general bugs for traveling with sims (not just vacation).

    I am thankful a repair resolved this for me this time. I will keep my eyes open for the travel bug as well.
