The screenshot with the tree in your household inventory is a debug tree only accessible using bb.showliveeditobjects. These objects cannot be cloned UNLESS you’re using TwistedMexi’s BetterBuildBuy Mod, maybe others but that’s the only Mod I know of that adds that functionality.
You say you have Mods installed and have tested without. A proper test would be renaming the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts so a completely new clean TS4 folder is created. Do that please and then report back. It isn’t a bug otherwise everyone would be affected.
Looks to me like you haven’t been properly curating your Mods after the game update and BBB is out of sync.
