Can't buy medicine

Hello I just started playing the sims 4 recently  and I'm trying to buy medicine  for my sims but when I got to order  on the pc at home and the library  all I can order is seeds,crystals,books and upgrades. On my phone I dont have a gift option just a order  for delivery  but I can only deliver  food. I have tried selling and repurchaseing my pc,s please  help me.
