Can't change lot type of empty, unowned residential rental

So, I built a rental property and after I was done, I uploaded it to the gallery before bulldozing it. I then wanted to build a residential house on the property; however, it is saying your Sim is cu...

I'm not entirely sure, but you might have to go into build mode on the property you want to change to residential. You have to select the little house in the left corner and change the lot type to residential. It's set as a rental property still, so it will stay that way unless you change it.

I don't even have an option to change the lot or edit it can somebody help please I'm on PS5 it won't even give me an option to change it or edit it
